2025 Conference Presenters:
Dr. Molly Gebrian, author of Learn Faster, Perform Better, is a neuroscientist and concert violinist who teaches courses on the science of practicing at the New England Conservatory. Explore her work on her website and YouTube channel.
Dr. Benjamin Baker, Assistant Professor of Music Theory at the Eastman School of Music, focuses on the intersections of jazz and popular music. His presentation, “Jazz Band Prep for Classically Trained Educators”, will be especially valuable for teachers helping students prepare for middle and high school jazz bands.
